These earrings are all about the stones, incredible, rare, collectible, Ocean Jasper. The quantity and quality of Ocean Jasper that is available on the market has been shrinking for years since the mines are no longer producing material. I've been holding on to my favorite pieces that I've found over the years, and these have been with me for a long time. Now is they're time to shine! I felt like these were destined to be earrings, and I love the simplicity of the shape of these earrings, and that they really let the stones be the center of attention.
The links were forged by hand from sterling silver, and have a few different points of articulation which offer up the opportunity for a lot of wonderful movement.
The silver has been oxidized and them polished to a satin finish.
