Another take on the classic handmade chain necklace, this version is a bit lighter with just the collar of chain around the front. Each link is built by hand and shaped to this perfectly imperfect elongated shape. This chain is all about the weight, I made the links with presence in mind and wanted it to have a substantial feel. I forged a heavy clasp for this piece, and I love the idea of wearing the clasp at the front, offset to the side, or in front like it's the pendant. The soft texture of the links gives this piece a fluid organic feel that can only come with the handmade process.
