I made the original in 22k gold, last April in a class on ancient gold techniques, and have been wanting to recreate a mixed metal and silver version. It has the perfectly imperfect texture that I love, a soft hammered surface that comes with the hand forging process. It has an ancient quality, like a buried treasure, or a piece that has been loved for a lifetime. The classic, timeless shape and soft not too shiny finish makes it perfect for everyday wear.
