The original Happy Face necklace was made for my wife Jo, as a memorial piece for her mom. Something she could wear everyday, that would be a reminder of her mother. Lani Mae used to collect Smiley thcotchkes and signed every letter with a little happy face stamp. That little silly face always brings a smile to Jo's face when she sees on out in the world, so I wanted to make something that would bring that smile, that she could wear and think of her mom. We could all use an extra smile in out day!
